Orders Containing Both Digital & Physical Items
If your order includes both digital and physical products, they will be delivered separately.
Digital items arrive instantly, while physical items follow normal shipping times.
There are no extra fees for split delivery.

Returns for Digital Items
Digital products are non‑returnable because they are delivered instantly.
However, if a file is missing, corrupted, or won’t open, we’ll make sure you receive a working version.

Returns for Physical Items
Yes — physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, just contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Digital Items

However, if you ever have an issue with a file (corrupted, missing pages, wrong format, etc.), we’ll make sure you receive a working version.

Exchanges
